if a client wishes to cancel a booking, 72 hours notice, is required in writing
via email.
cancellations by telephone or text message are not accepted.
if a client does not give the required 72 hours notice, this will result in the studio charging the full hire cost for the booking, to the client who cancelled.
rescheduling of a booking is not allowed if it is within the 72 hours notice period.
at such short notice, rescheduling is considered a cancellation as insufficient time is given for the studio to book another client.

the cancellation policy is strictly adhered to, whoever the client, whatever the circumstances.
the studio reserves the right to cancel or reschedule any clients booking, with a weeks notice prior to the date booked.
